General and Agent skill tree help

Please can someone point me in the direction of a thread on the general and agent skill trees (if it exists...i did search the forums but didnt find anything). I just want to be able to see what I can unlock by selecting certain upgrades to better plan my generals and agents.

It's under "Characters, Armies and Public Order" in the Scriptorium sticky. According toDresden, the values haven't been updated to fully reflect 1.0 yet, but the effects should be largely the same type.
