Startup CTD

Hey, when I start up my SS 6.4, I crash on startup during the initial loading screen. My errors are these in the log apparently:

But, I've downloaded the bug fixes. It opens in administrator mode. I've tried doing a re-install, as well as deactivating UAC.

I've tried what seems to be every solution I've found here, and nothing seems to work.

Sorry, I forgot to mention. I'm on Windows 7, 64 bit if it makes a difference. This is on a Steam copy too.

Recently tried giving full control over the folder like in the tutorial in the sticky in the section that isn't about bugs. Still didn't work.
