SInce some ppl already got the game, I just wonder that can someone look into the unit count in "Low"?

The reason I ask this cus for ppl who got crap PC (including me , I gonna build a new rig next year) who might have to run the game in low units, is low units almost the same as RTW (where 40 Principe in Normal and 20 in Low, and suppose 2000 men in the filed got reduced to 1000 so on and so on)??

Can someone plz look into this and thanks in advance
