Reforms in MPC
Are there any changes to how reforms work in multiplier campaigns?
I'm playing as Saka while my friend plays as Parthia in a coop campaign. So far we've split the eastern territories, with northern Baktria and Dahae's province (can't remember spelling) belonging to me while everything to the south to my ally. Since I can not conquer the remaining territories (due to being locked as allies) to normally activate my reforms, did I essentially screw myself over?

Here is all information about reforms. Please check it out. HF!
Addendum: The answer to your question is yes. You need war with him to get your reforms. I recommend you ambush him and take what is rightfully yours.

talk to your friend so he lets his regions for that reform rebel, giving him money instead for the regions you gain so its fair. I think the Head to Head MPC is better than the coop because it doesnt lock you

Thanks guys.
I'll let him keep the territories and just get by without the new units. Am I missing out on anything other than the Hellenic units (2 hoplites, 1 melee cav)?
