How can i fix

If i did research for new units before reforms, then i cant recruit/reform units after reforms. How can i fix it?

Which faction are you playing? There are 2 current fix packs. Load them before the main pack

1- If the AI hit reforms before you and locked your units use this (usually a barbarian or greek faction) - http://www.mediafire.com/download/j6...gradesFix.pack

2. If you are Roman and having issues with Marian reforms - http://www.mediafire.com/download/dt...formstest.pack

Playing as Odryssian Kingdom. It didnt work for me

Or you mean starting new game or something else? I tried with this fix and waited a turn, nothing was happening.

I think he's saying he did the reform tech before reforms and now he can't recruit units.

The first fix pack should get rid of unit upgrades which will mean it ignores that tech. If that doesn't fix it, then I am not sure what could be causing the issue
