    Default Exploding terrain objects again?

In one of the first gameplay videos I saw of Attila the terrain objects no longer exploded when units ran over them. The units actually vaulted over the fence. However, in recent videos it looks like the exploding terrain is back. This really annoyed me in Rome 2. Anyone know what's up with this?

They don't explode, they break because units have ran/vaulted over them. This is easily fixable by increasing the hitpoints of these structures, which would allow them to last for how ever long you want.

There's a great mod for Rome II that does that, makes things last a bit longer which is nice.

I always thought it was funny to see soldiers running through a marketplace and watching all the stalls erupting around them. Hopefully the effects will be toned down somewhat, as it isn't the destructible environment that's the problem, but rather it's the lack of reaction by the soldiers. They don't have to physically knock things over, they just have to walk past them.

I always liked the stall destruction etc, it was the fences that got me. Why even have the vaulting animation for infantry and the leaping for cavalry if only the front rank does it before something is destroyed. Fences (and walls even more) ought to have very hefty hit points, while still (realistically) being able to collapse eventually.
