Help me TWC, you are my only hope...

Well, maybe.

I have a little issue getting M2TW working on my mac, and I hope someone here has some insights. The situation is that I have a fully legal copy (DVD) of the Gold Edition, which appears to have been successfully installed via Wine 1.6.2 on my mac (running OS 10.6.8). The issue is when I attempt to launch the game application, I get an error message that it cannot find the CD/DVD drive. Pop in the DVD, and it finds the drive okay, but the following message comes up:

(of note, the error window is entitled "Kingdoms" though both DVDs are named "Medieval2")
No disc inserted
Please insert the original "Kingdoms" CD/DVD

Any ideas? It seems like it does not like the name of the disc as far as I can see. I'm going to give the suggestion there a whirl, but maybe something else is amiss?

I've seen a Wine port work before, so I know it is possible.
