Can I play Alternative patch + MOS + Divide and conquer sub-mods at the same time?

I'm currently re-installing TATW after about 3 years and I've noticed some pretty big sub-mods have been released and they all seem to add a great deal to the mod. I'm wondering if I can run them all at the same time without having in-game issues.

Also if there are other sub-mods I should install along with TATW.

You can't run them on the same build altogether but you can certainly have multiple versions of TATW and then mod each individual one.

That's a shame but thanks for the link! Now I have to decide which one to try first. I think I'll go with the Alternative patch 4.7 as it focuses mostly on visual improvements so I can play and get accustomed to the original TATW campaign before trying the more complex campaigns in the other submods.

Sounds like the best bet, although both MOS and DaC are great mods.
