Can't install EB2

I managed to install it but now immediately after I start the game I get this:



Any idea as to why? Thanks.

Any reason as to why this would occur when I try and run it as Admin? It is installed correctly by the way.

I don't have the Steam version and I am a computer noob so my advice is not very likely to actually help you, but I will try a wild guess:
Might it be that your mods\EBII folder already contains some files (perhaps an earlier version) and the Windows Program files "protection" is blocking the installer from proceeding? If so, try deleting the EBII folder and run the installer again...

EDIT:
Your second post shows that you were running as admin (good) the installer for non-Steam installs of M2TW. Yet your first post suggests that you actually have Steam version of M2TW. So perhaps this might be it...?

What operating system r u using WIN7 or WIN8?

Also, what was your source for the installer? I ran into some weirdness recently when I used a torrent and had similar errors to your first post. Something just not quite right with the bin files. I ended up downloading a third time from ModDB and that install was good.
