Recalling eveny notification

Hey guys

I have a problem regarding events notification at the beginning of the round. I had an notification about hiring mercs but i reloaded the auto save file and there's no notification after the reload. is there anyway to recall it so i can hire the merc? if he is not hired this time will the event pops up again later on?

I believe there is a small chance for the event to pop up at the beginning of each turn. So it just happened one time and didn't the other. It should appear later on, as long as you loaded the previous turn.

I think the autosave file was generated at the beginning of the term so i am unsure about whether the event was saved or not.
