How to improve your leader's authority rating?

I've got new 4 provinces and have best faction in rankings,but my Emperor didn't change his authority ratings? How do you improve that?P.S.Well after getting 2 more settlements(6 total) an winning several REAL!!! hard battles Emperor got one authority till.(v.h./v.h.).The difficulty of the battles is because my Venice enemies has exellent militia for example ordinary spear militia is 5a/7d and Italian spear militia 7a/13s ,and AI much better too...

Basically you have to beat up another country pretty bad if it's anything like the old MTW.

You could try sending him into battle and capturing a bunch of slodiers then exacute them. I am just speculateing though, I don't have the game yet.

well of cource there is going to be a cost to exacuting men that have surenderd to you. After all you can't have your cake and eat it too.

Better question: when I see screenshots of characters, I never see the same four traits. I always see a few of them switched up for different ones.

So what are the final four traits that they decided on?
