This is for migration campaigns, is there any way to edit the recruitment zones, say if I wanted to play as the greeks but start in Germania, would I be able to edit the germanic provinces to be 'homeland regions' thanks.

yes, there's a way for edit the recruitment zones, but is done editing the EDB
the "homeland region" sign is created by script, and that is something I will never touch (last time I did, my EB died and I had to reinstall all)
