Compatible mod to remove civil war?

I'm looking for a mod or adjustment I can make that is compatible with DeI to remove the civil war event, or let it fire and then have split off faction simply start with the absolute least amount of resources/units/armies/controlled provinces possible so it is quickly resolved.

I realize this is "cheating" but I really hate this mechanic. I tried the "Less Civil War" submod by Krixux and the computer still elected to have my two most veteran and highly trained armies defect leaving me with nothing but my small defense armies that I scatter around capitals in case of CPU backstabbing. So i'd like to take it a step further and just make the civil war a non-starter.
