Eastern garrisons

I love playing eastern factions, but one thing keeps bothering me whats up with garrison unit stats? 10 attack 52 defense for militia and 9 attack 53 defense for heavily armed and armored spearmen who have same armor as naked militia, even archers beat em in melee

I agree! Noticed that in my parthian campaign. The visually armoured troops got the same armour as the un-armoured ones. Can't say that archers would win in melee against them though.

Also they rout almost instantly after first charge :-)

If you are referring to Parthian Garrisoned Spearmen, I think their armor is set 1 level too low.

Yeah its Parthian ones, also what about that abysmal attack rating? These dudes cant hit anything with defense stats so high on everyone else, would be nice to see AI Arsacid Empire sometimes

I am pretty sure all garrison units have lower stats.

Compared to standard troops yes they are lower, but not that low, I am not complaining that stats are lower, issue here is that garrisons are too week and eastern factions get overrun by Bactria and Seleucid pretty easily, they cant survive to late game. Parthian Garrisoned Spearmen need a hefty attack bump, being an elite defender, 9 is way too low,even lower than militia is this intended?

The Parthian Spearmen garrison unit will have an increased attack with the next update.
