PO bugged sometimes?

was playing a bit today and i realized something odd:

i had -96 overall PO in a shared province (screenshot #2). but after end turn i had an overall PO of -94 (screenshot #3) although i had +18 positive PO (screenshots below). i had 2 rebellions a few turns before that and the PO even decreased with positive PO in this province.

am i missing something or is this probably bugged somehow?

the first screenshot is a few turns after i killed the rebellion army (the PO decreased the next turns and i had no raiding armies/fleets there)

Are u using any other mod along this one?

sry ill provide new screenshots they are some turns apart (i realized my PO in this region isnt increasing at all although i had at least +10 PO over several turns).

and i was using DeI 1.02 + Rush Music Mod + Enhanced Particles + aztecs new lighting and environment mod.

That happened to me too and still dont know why it happened but after a few turns and a few rebellions ( which I didnt know why ´cos I didnt hit -100) went back to normal.

I think that fleet docked in the city is actually providing a PO negative that isn't reflected in the PO tooltip. I think there are plans to add an advisor message for that, but try moving the fleet out of the city and see how it looks.

thanks Augustusng for mentioning that. i moved the fleet out of the settlement -->+12 PO and voilá and its working now just a visual problem in the PO overview.

Yes we need to add an advisor text for fleets to inform the player that they reduce PO, just doesn't show in the UI.

However a Single General / Admiral garrisoned does not influence PO.
And it can be used as eco-socio governor... thus getting traits to further max positive PO...

Overall, income and public order suffer from a few non-displayed tooltips, so if you see strange results its 9 times out of 10 because there is still no room to display the exact calculations.
