I'm currently playing as Hayasdan (Armenia) and I noticed a strange thing. After I got next level of reforms I still can't recruit Armenikoi Thorakitai from T2 level barracks, but on the other hand I can recruit Armenikoi Doriphoroi Legionaires which are from T3 barracks. It's a bit confusing because I can recruit all other T2 units on second level of reforms except those Thorakitai. Is this an error or planned choice that Thorakitai will be able on same level as Armenikoi Legionaroi?
