i believe its because of mugs being shown in pictures, wine as resources in regions, and tobacco as a resource in the new world and possibly in some pictures. yea its retarded how they do it but meh i geuss its technically true-references through pictures.

Anyways does It matter what the ESRB rating is? I’ve never bought a game based on them, nor any parents that I know.

I mean im for them for parents that want to keep there kids off some games, but i never look at them.
