Champloo's diplomacy mod

Is this recommended by the DEI community? How does it differ from DEIs take on diplomacy? Is it compatible?

Diplomacy is such an integral part of the grand strategy element of DEI 1.x, that I really wouldn't really recommend changing it. If Champloo is even compatible, it will alter the way the campaign plays. Why mess with perfection?

Although I do understand the frustration of trying to play as one of the smaller factions that gets diplomacy penalties. The nomads and Colchis are damn near impossible to manage, now. But if you can pull off a campaign victory, you get some real bragging rights.
