Cultural penalty gone?

I use the Steam version of 1.0. I conquered as Ptolemaioi some regions but only after the last (where Garamanta is) I took a look to the cultural problems and saw to my astonishment, there are none. No cultural penalties, nowhere, also not in the other newly conquered regions where my cultures and the others are mixed. And I don't see any Hellenic culture mentioned like it was in 0.96, only a strange silver symbol for my culture without explanation or even name (like "Hellenic"). The other cultures are named (f.e. Desert Nomadic culture (I play it in a different language but I think it should translate according) or Jewish etc.. I did not follow the discussion, maybe it's a new hidden feature but I find this strange. Did I miss something? Is it a bug only with me?

If you aren't using the English version you won't see the new cultures. For example, Egypt has its own culture now.

Noticed this also. On Parthia i captured Merv and it was 98 % Persian Culture, yet there was no public order penalty. English version.
