city diferentiation
One of my favourite features of empire and napoleon was the fact that cities did have different incomes, for some reason CA decided that everyone in the classical era was equally rich
i like equality but for gods sake this is a game rome was much more important than say my bracara augusta
right now the only thing separating the cities is the buildings wich are already are constructed
but maxed cities end up with the same income being them rome or a remote city in russia that no one has ever heard of...
i do realise in practise cities don't end up with the same incomes for two reasons one is that not every city has the same slots (this isn't enought to diferentiate say alexandria to bracara) and the second is regions with specific roles (military economic...)
anyway it really bothers me that every city has pretty much the same potential
i hope one day mods like DEI can represent different levels of income and manpower (the last one is already being worked on in another mod)
i posted here on this forum because it seems is the most ambitious mod for rome 2 and one wich has already made so much for rome 2

Re: city diferentiation
There are specific bonuses to certain regions based on the historical setting. For example, Rome has a bonus to recruitment no matter who owns Italy.
This could possibly be expanded upon in the future.

Re: city diferentiation
thats already 20 times more than CA did to diferentiate cities
but since you are from the team can you tell me if in your vision for the mod would you like something like i said (correct ratios for income and possibly manpower) ?
