Battle crashes when it loaded

Hi! TATW 3.2 is crashing every time I play a battle. It loads fine but after it crashes with "Medieval 2 Total War has crashed because of an unspecified error". I read forums but they didnt help. I am using Win 8.1 and my PC specs are way above M2TW requirements. I tried deleting Maps.rwm and everything with Strings.bin. I installed the Thrid Age mod as it said on the website. Someone please help I really want to őlay this game.

Sound like the Daylight Savings issue
Try to delete both descr_geography_new-files found in Third_Age_3/data and start the game again

I did it but I still can't get it to work. I also unclicked the daylight saving box on my clock and reinstalled the game 2 times.

When does the battle crash: when you load the battle, start the battle, sometime during the battle?

Do all battles crash?

Are there any Dwarven Axethrower units present in the battle which crashes on either side?

Are there any reinforcements present on either side in the battle which crashes?

All battles crash when it loads, no reinforcements and simple gondor and rohan units.

Your daylight saving setting is turned off? And, you had deleted two descr_geography_new files located in M2TW/mods/Third_Age_3/data folder?

Is your M2TW a Steam version, or non steam version? If it is a non steam version, go here ( http://www.twcenter.net/forums/showt...h-pictures-!-) ) and apply first three steps explained for Windows 7 and 8 Users: Edit Security of your main M2TW folder, unhide hidden folders, search the VirtualStore folder for Sega or Medieval II TW folder, and delete it if you find it there.

If your M2TW is a Steam version, then just Edit Security.
