Blacksmith? Shield-maker?

This might be a dumb question (or simply the wrong part of the forums to ask) but how do I make a blacksmith in 1.0? I'm playing as Rome and I just started, I tried building a blacksmith after a workshop and it seems to only build into the field engineers workshop instead where prior to that this is where the blacksmith or the shield-maker would be built from in the building tree. So what building exactly is the blacksmith under if not the workshop? Unless it that building has been taken out?

This was changed by CA in patch 15, and soon later DeI changed it as well. The blacksmith equipment bonuses are now given by the main city chain in regions with iron/copper resources. The engineer's workshop chain is now only for artillery units.
