Culture in DeI

I have not played rome 2 in some time so this question may not be mod specific, however, I seem unable to find an answer.

I started as Egypt and in my faction info window it lists my culture as Hellenic. Some of my buildings give Hellenic while others give Egyptian culture. This seems to create a culture battle between my own buildings which has me quite confused as raising egyptian culture lowers Hellenic? Am I missing some change to the game or is something not right here? Thank you for any help!

Sounds like a mod conflict, Egyptians have their own culture in 1.0.

Are you sure you don't have any other TPY mods or other startpos mods?
