    Default Civil Wars

Have they been confirmed as in or out yet?

They're out I think, and the revolt system is similar to Rome.

MTW style civil wars are not in, but your generals can still rebel if they are not loyal enough.

So it's like a BI system rather than MTW? Or do they just become generic 'rebels'?

They become generic rebels, much like they did in MTW if they rebelled.

I didn't, it happened too often, and why would every rebellion be by the same people? It's better if they're completely independent or unaffiliated, until more complex civil wars are implemented into the game.

Yes same here. That would be really great. It wuold make it more interesting (if its some kind of a revolution in your empire) then you are trying to shut that down. Yes of course that would make it more interesting realistic and of course it would be hard because almost half of your country is against you.

Yea I used to love the civil wars in MTW, infact had one today in my England campaign. Also what really made it fun was just getting to choose which side to support. That was a masterstroke by CA when they placed it in.

But M2TW is gonna blow the rest of my games collection outta the water so I cannot complain. Just need that damned game to arrive. Hate being the last one to get a hold of it.

    Wishes he was German :german:

I loved the Burguni rebellion, I didn't even know that that faction was in the game. But I only saw it once, if I remeber right they were light blue :hmmm:

Actually I believe epic civil-wars are possible, it's just when the faction splits there need to be a open faction-slot available with accompaning skins (at least it was this way in BI). So civils wars may be possible, you would just have to either double hte current faction limit, or cut half out.
