Arnor not showing up in faction list

just like the title says, Arnor is not showing up in the faction selection screen for the third age campaign, and they do not show up on the map during the game. Now, I have a theory of why this is, but I have no actual clue. Also, after each turn the years seem to go by very slow, as in it will take 2 turns to go up one year. Maybe this is what is supposed to happen, I just found it weird, so I thought I'd mention it just in case it was a bug.

My theory is that 3.2 didn't install correctly, if that has anything to do with Arnor as a faction at all, but once again, this is all guesswork.

No, it's not an incorrect install.
When you play Free People of Eriador and fulfill certain achivments you get the offer to reform into Arnor (the kingdom had not existed for over a thousand year and in lore was not restored first after the War of teh Ring, so it's not supposed to be there from start).

Every year is 4 turns.

Ah, okay.

Thats actually way more interesting than just being able to pick it at the start.
