When are those changes coming?

Those are the changes that have occurred in the 4.0 release. Neph put a copy of it out a few months ago for folks to try and test out those changes. I'm enjoying the adopting generals and the visual overhaul of the map. Such great work being done!!

Holy , where? I would love to get my hands on it. I searched a lot for a more updated version, but I couldn't find it. As is, my game is already crashing for a few battles, so using 4.0 will probably be an improvement for me.

I think it is about two posts down one page 409 of general announcements. Just make sure to back up your game files or install it as another mod (replace teutonic and name the 4.0 teutonic or something like that) and to report any bugs that you might find.
