Dur3x and Thmzr has kept us posted on some delays, a wee bit long and a wee bit few perhaps - but tell us they did.
I am sure reasons were given and accepted, but could you lads arrange subs in the future so the wait is not quite so long?

I'm sorry but that's not a valid excuse.
A) You need to communicate with people in that hotseat that you are trying to get time to play your turn before you are late not after
B) If it is hard to find 4 hours to do the 3rd turn, then I suggest you find a reliable subber or rethink how many hotseats you are in.
C) This is an official warning from me. Next time I will take disciplinary actions and if you don't play your turn soon I will sub you myself....

My last turn was among the longest I've had if not the longest, it took me just short of 4 I think.
Though I did have an overall idea as to what to do^^ Good luck with yer turn and may it be... not so much longer.
