Divide and Conquer Crash

Soo.. dunno if i post it here correctly, but after installing all the files ( TATW 3.0 1 & 2 -> TATW 3.2 patch -> DaC fpb -> DaC -patch 2 -> DaC patch 3 -> DaC patch 4 ) after clicking on "clean" file i am getting message that both files : map.rwm and *.strings.bin. are missing and have to press any key to continue. Additionaly while trying to run game by clicking Third Age batch file ( that's the name,aye..? ) i am having game only loading DaC title screen and after short while it's CTD... . And here's error log:

Any suggestions?

P.S. Game is Steam-based, I did not changed TA folder name to any other campaign.
