New ethnicity trait ideas

Anybody got any ideas for ethnic traits that generals can get?

Carthage is one faction I think could use a new ethic group. Since the Libby-Phoenicians were from colonies in the western Mediterranean but not Citizens of Carthage itself, I think making Libby-Phoenician an ethnic trait could be a good idea, they could get similar bonuses as Carthaginians but lack the ability to participate in Carthaginian politics. So... usually better at governing than fighting, but can't join the Carthaginian Senate.

Also, I haven't played as Carthage and conquered Ptolomais-akko or Salamis yet, but I'm wondering if 'Canaanite' is or might be an ethic trait some new generals might receive if Carthage gets those regions because of their ethnic ties to the locals there? I know in EBI your general gets a trait explaining that you liberated the Semitic homeland of your ancestors or something like that when conquer that region.
