Request: Sticky for Release Date

Hello DEI Team! Can you sticky the "planed" release date? I guess it would safe a lot of time for people searching for this information. greets from germany rav

Honestly, what we really need is a sticky that says "Stop asking for a release date!" When it's done, it's done, and anything more than a couple days' notice is unnecessary and ridiculous. If they give a release date and don't make it, the loud but stupid will make a big stink about it, and I don't think they should have that chance.

Hello Zombieflanders, from now on you are my personal cherrypie. First of all cherrypie, you should learn to read. I dont asked for the release date, i asked for a sticky that would be much easier to find then to search an information in this forum. So cherrypie have a nice day and try to read more carefully in the future before typing on mommys keyboard.

Talking in patronizing manner is no way to get your point across. I would be all for what your asking, but most people who ask for a release date do not read too many 'read me first' stickies to begin with. Its going to be done, when its done, which I hope is soon.

I actually thought about it a long it, if it's even worthwhile answering to this thread but one thing I just have to say:

Dear ravno,
It has always been kind of special about the DeI forum (and by now I would almost call it a tradition) that we discuss everything in polite and mature way and keep an atmosphere of mutual respect.
Calling a respected and valuable member like zombieflanders a "cherry pie" or saying something like "...typing on mommies keyboard" just doesn't fit into this "tradition".
So I ask you humbly, try to keep your subliminal aggresion for yourself even if you don't get the answer you wanted to hear and don't step on any members here!
