Removing formations from units

How can I mod certain units (e.g. barbarian infantry) so they don't line up in a rectangle formation but instead clump together? None of the tables that I looked in (land_units, land_units_to_unit_abilites_junctions, etc) seem to have anything to do with it.

No, I mean so that units clump together in a circle-ish formation, and not in a rectangle. Rome 1 had this for some units (I forgot which ones) but none of the Rome 2 units seem to have this behaviour. Basically, I want some units to behave like an undisciplined horde.
