So here are 4 hoplite units and 2 skirmishers units based on research in the web.
Currently the units are only for athens availeble that makes testing easier so dont worry about the colours

yeah, and more apropiate colours for that ancient times, on tunics, shields ans crest too! but it´s an incredible work here! nice to see something like that! =) if you need any help...just tell us! i help morfeasnikos too, unity makes greater things! =)

yeah i dont know how to implement new shield textures yet :/ but i am working right now on the crests. further i add a little more detail to the units.

good to know sire! =) those details help with the inmersion, and the variation in panoplias is something very usual in that times. You talk with morfeasnikos? They sure could help you to improve this even more! =)

So guys i experimentated today with shiels ... and i created the illyrian stilled shilds pattern for the new hoplons. Also i added lots of more custom shields from other modders to athens and created lots of new units today.
What do you think about it ?

Currently i am working with a friend on hoplite units. My intention is it to create for every poleis their unique hoplite roster with their own shield patterns. You guys get in about one week or later some screenshots.
