Transport balancing from WoS to DeI?

I know this might be alittle early to discuss but in the Wrath of Sparta thread on the officil forums they speak about Transopt ships getting a new roll ingame; it the ships more into transport platforms and less as warships. They are apparantly going to completaly remove transportships ability to ram, additionally they state that these changes coming within WoS will carry over into the Base Game.

Do we know how much of this is going to be adapted into DeI?

So far it hasnt really been discussed among the devs. Only some parts of the new DLC. As we get closer I think it will be more of a topic for them/us but atm we are quite busy finishing up version 1.0 to really go deep into what effects WoS will have on the mod.
Though Dresden might have a different opinion than me.

Hopefully there'll be some changes and I my fleet will stop getting steamrolled by AI's transport ship armies.. ^^
