It is possible that one's wife or servant would be shocked by such scenes of utter depravity. But being a man of the world, I'd be more concerned about the welfare of the actors rather than whatever genre they turn out.

Agreed here. It's actually a worrying issue that there's no independent safeguard in the UK to stop idiotic and unmandated legislation being enacted by what is in effect a pseudo- 'old boys' network - Lords and Common representatives who went to school with each other and indeed many lords who are former MP's. It's something i hope will be seriously addressed and considered in the current debate and implementation of the restructuring of the UK.

But seriously here it's interesting to note that this legislation seems to be specifically singling out women...i mean in all honesty what the heck is wrong with female ejaculation? It literally happens. I'm following the internal feminist debate over this with interest as you have liberal feminists calling what it really does seem to be- a legislative act that impacts on women in a profession (and also on broader modern sexual ideals of a woman's own sexual freedoms by passing 'moral' commentary) in particular vs conservative feminists who see it as a way for women to 'cover up' and regain dignity from a 'patriarch based and dominated' society.

Basically it's similar to that other interesting debate- a Woman who chooses to dress in and sexual way (And who thus usually receives scorn from many other women for a variety of reasons, and also gets more 'male attention')- Is she a strong independent woman who is actively using her freedom to make a choice on how she wants to personally dress and using her own inner and external beauty in a confident way to achieve an effect she desires (Many feminists would agree, so would i personally) Or is she acting like a prostitute mindlessly brainwashed into feeling the need to appease a male dominated society? (Conservative feminists...incidentally who i feel are rather hypocritical of their own movement here- Give freedom and choice to women...but only the freedoms and choices as laid out by us!)

I think you've hit it spot on, i mean how does such a piece of legislation even come about? There seems to be no real background or context for it. If i was feeling immature i'd imply perhaps a personal vendetta on the part of those involved- a bad dom experience? But in all seriousness all they've done here is affect the UK's porn industry in a negative way, and so hurt the UK's economy (if only very slightly- I think with the internet any home produced and import 'porn stores' aren't really a big sector anymore)- though the point still lies in surely in the current global economy, we need all the revenue we can get. It just makes no sense on any level.
