Default War on Poverty? War on POOR PEOPLE!

I am beginning to feel that War on Poverty has metamorphosized to the perfection of a new form of war: A war on poor people to make them stay poor.

Socialism for the Rich, and CAPITALISM for the POOR!

This documentary shows the effects of globalization in Indonesia.
I have lived in Indonesia for 4 years. I liked it, and I love the people there.
But there are serious issues in Indonesia, that staunchly anti-Communist and US ally.

Q: Are you guys aware that you guys are cooperating with a mass-murderer?
A (Rep British Chamber of Commerce): (long pause)...Well, that's a very general question...
A: We can't respond because we have no idea..,.
A: Some policies might have failed...

Like the war on terrorism and drugs, fighting a concept tends to not work out so well in the end.

Globalization is nothing more than rewarding contracts to those who mistreat their workers the most.
    It's a sick concept.
And it's a shame that it's advocates pretend that it reduces poverty, while in reality it increases it.

The most horrible part is that these organizations have worked together with a racist, mass murderer and dictator.

I knew that Suharto was a racist through personal experience. Learning Chinese and bringing in Chinese books, literature, videos etc was illegal prior to the presidentship of Abdurrahman Wahid. Having Chinese name itself was illegal in Indonesia. How did I learn my Chinese? My parents smuggled the books in. That's how. And plus, I was an international there. Another means to get around the law.
