    Default Adding Hidden Income bonus.

    To start off, I am by no means experienced at this stuff. So I have been making small mods that add a hidden income bonus to the desired faction. I have currently run into 1 problem.

    1. Colchis, with the Black Sea Cultures pack, although my mods work Massilia, Pergamon, and Cimmeria. Colchis is unable to receive the added income bonus, even though I used the same "effect_" tables and values, save the faction name of course.

    (don't mind the other pack file in the RAR archive, that one works just fine. to lazy to repackage and upload a new file
    )
