Default Suggestion about Pergamon in IAC

    Hello,
So i just bought the Black Sea colonies DLC and was very pleasantly surprised how excited it was with all the new buildings and units we were handed in the DLC.
But i ran into something very annoying with Pergamon and the fact that it is not a provincial capital in GC, and when it is a provincial capital in IAC the faction itself does not exist.

I just wanted to suggest that Pergamon be added as a playable client state of Antonys Rome in IAC. So that we can actually enjoy Pergamon with a grand capital, & have the unique buildings Sanctuary of Asclepius, Great altar of Pergamon & the library of Pergamon present in Pergamon.
I know Ephesus had a library to and thats were i build this structure for now. But it is called "Library of Pergamon", and it vexes me that i cannot build it in Pergamon.

I know that Pergamon should perhaps not be a client state since it was gifted (i think) to Rome by Pergamons last (and childless) king, but for the sake of playability perhaps you could make an oversight and do this anyway?

I haven't added in the new buildings, but I am working on that for 1.0.

I can look into the playable faction aspect for IA.

Thank you for the positive reply, and i hope that looking into the playability as a client state of Antonys Rome will yeild a good result

My only concern is that it weakens Antony more to do that, as he's (the AI anyway) got a tough time protecting all his borders already, probably for the same reason Carthage does in the GC: the sea. It's already not much of a fight with Antony when you play as Octavian in IA, at least it wasn't in the campaign I played - I don't know if this is a common experience though. He had already been pushed almost out of Greece and Asia Minor by the time I finished off Lepidus and starting moving my forces that way.

Besides, there are already two playable client states of Antony: Egypt and [if you have the Pirates and Raiders DLC, in DeI only you can also play as] Thrace.

But hmm... Pergamon would be nice as another playable Hellenistic state, as right now only Egypt and Pontus are in IA.

I agree that it would weaken Anthony to much for the AI since he is already pretty weak as AI due to being at war with everyone. Also I might be wrong but historically didn't rome take control of pergamon after their king died without a heir and he gave control over to rome to avoid a civil war in the second half of the 2nd century BCE and was even made the capital of the provience.
