Why i can't recruit ballista in Suebi?

ok guys now im at 202 turn with Suebi and i've already build workshop Ⅳ and it is appear left side corner building description says german ballista but i can't see in recruit unit card any where

is there any wrong for recruit ballista?

Because barbarians dont got ballistas.

I believe they receive them after their reform (if I remember correctly).

what do you mean by reform? there is no reform research for Suebi , but Rome have research for reform

there is no reform for research bar for Barbarian faction but rome has it , and im at imperium level 3 is it cause problem?

if the building says it is recruitable, it surely is a reform thing, dont know..

i mean there is no unit upgrade research bar like roma has

and if i pass 90 turns with Imperium lvl 3 i never can't recruit ballista ?

Only Rome and Hellenic factions need the research. If you go past turn 90 with Imp lvl 3 it wont be recruitable until you reach Imp lvl 4.

Imperium levels and turns are a minimum, so it won't happen until turn 90 regardless of Imperium, and it won't happen at turn 90 unless you are at Imperium 4 or higher.

You must meet both the requirements for turns and imperium to unlock the reform units (or at least, that's how it used to work, not sure now)

Like luck_ponte said. Both requirements must be met. So you need to reach Imperium lvl 4 first. If you had imperium lvl 4 but only turn 80 you would need to wait 10 turns to reach turn 90
