Are daughters of mars units included in this? I cant seem to find them in the unit roster even though I just bought it.

Nope. Many of the units are not really realistic enough to be included in this mod same goes for BoW units. Though some Daughters of Mars textures are in use to create women in Garrisson units

Just to clarify our stance (although this has been said many times).

Most of the units in that DLC are not historical. However, we are using the female models in our own units that will be historically based. For example, barbarian townsfolk and some Sarmatian/Scythian mixed units. These will have a mixture of both male and female models rather than all of one.

You could Bouddica as historical figure in Britannia

I believe this has been discussed quite alot and doubt that the devs will change their opinion and add her. But there might be some who would want her to be a submod

But do those models require the dlc in DeI?

I don't think so, but I haven't tested that. From what I understand the DLC locks the units.

They do not require the DLC. Remember that there are also some female units added in vanilla that also do not require the DLC.

Isn't Boudicca out of GC timeframe anyway?

Well, not really... but she'd have to appear very late in the campaign. She'd make more sense in the IA campaign I guess.

When does the GC campaign ends? ; P I though it was ending in BC, while Boudicca is from AD time Still, there is only logical option to include her in IA campaign.

Well there's no hard turn limit (I think). You can keep playing as long as you want. I got to the ADs once in the vanilla GC.

But you cant choose variantmeshes for historical generals when they spawn so boudica would be a man.

The vanilla GC is balanced around 300 turns through technology, there isn't a turn limit in place any longer. The GC begins in 272 BCE (also BC) which means that the campaign is balanced to end around 28 CE (also AD). Now with DeI this becomes diffrent because the life spans are balanced around 1200 turns while the technology tree is balanced around 600 turns. This means that technology wise DeI ends around 28 CE, while if you count years based on the aging of characters you would end up finishing the game around 122 BCE, the issue would only be that you have a game four times longer then vanilla...

    Quite offtopic here, sorry.
Analogical question - i do not have all DLC. Bow and DoM, pirates and raiders, black sea colonies. Will i be able to play any factions in upcoming 1.0? Or maybe it would be better to buy all of them?

All factions included in DLCs will be locked no matter what. We cannot unlock them for you. So look at what factions are included and decide what Dlc you want
