    Hi, guys.

    As DeI have almost all units customized, including techs/buildings/resources needed to acess them, I am a little lost about what to research/build to get a particular unit as Suebi. In-game Encyclopaedia refers to vanilla (I think), so it don't helps. The question is: there are any place where I can get this information about Suebi (and, maybe, about any faction)? I remember a project, ages ago, that gather this information in a DeI dedicated site, like an DeI Wiki (but not a wiki). I can't find the link anymore. Any help?

    Honga! You need to click through the page a little bit, like the units or buildings.

    But... look at Speudogordoz (german pike infantry), for example: "Requires Buildings" seems a bit confusing, don't you think?... I have a Barbarian City II, it shows 'Unlocks Units: Speudogordoz', but I dont have them as option to recruit.

    they are a reformed unit. also some of the quests of the suebi need reformed units. that should be changed.

    I thought I changed the quests so they don't require a reform unit. At least the first one...let me know if there are others.

    Nice!

    There is an exaustive list of Suebi reformed units somewhere (including AOR units)? Or some way to identify them at Honga? A few units at Honga indicate reformed versions (like longbow hunters), but others don't; and units that don't have a pre-reform version (like german pikemen) shows no indication that it is a post-reform exclusive unit. Pre-reform is difficult to plan build order to get acess to units, cause we never know if that unit listed as 'unlocked' at building upgrades really comes with the upgrade or if we need to wait for the reform to acess it (and, so, waste precious resources at something that will give us no return for a long time).

    Hey again, guys. Thanks for the help. There is, in DeI, a unit like (to play the scare role of) Wolf Warriors?

    I think berserkers, night hunters, and some naked warriors have the scare trait. I'm not sure if there are any other barbarin units with that ability though.

    Hi, guys. Me again...

    Now about the iconic Skutjonz (Longbow Hunters): there are any difference between them and (AOR) Skutjanz (Germanic Hunters)? All I see at Honga is: Base Morale 35 vs 25. Is it really all I get after a good amount of turns researching in a not-particularly-useful-tree for barbarians, use one building slot and pay for one upgrade, all this to get just this one unit? Morale don't even matter that much for archers (unless you are already doomed anyway)!

    So... what's the point, if I can get the Skutjanz right from the start, without any investment? Skutjonz is not 'the unique and special Suebi weapon' anymore?

    All AOR units have lower morale. But really there is no point in looking further into this as the DeI battle overhaul will change all units and I do believe that buildings and tech trees will be liked at also. Besides. Even though they are almost the same the AOR type can only be recruited in one region while the other can be recruited everywhere

    I think the real advantage of the Skutjonz unit is that you can upgrade it to a better unit once you hit the reforms. You can't do the same with the AOR version.

    Those two units still the same. It is a bad joke to seek acess to Skutjonz and see them identical to Skutjanz (acessable to everyone from beggining, with no investment), except for a little boost at morale (again: not that relevant for archers, if the enemy get you in melee you are already doomed anyway). Longbow Hunters MUST have some advantage, guys! It depends on 3 tech research and 1 resource! At least give the German Hunters normal bows instead of longbows. Make Skutjonz somehow distinct and worth the investment!

    It will be the part of bigger missile rebalance for 1.1 or for one os some patches earlier.

    Thanks for the attention, Kam. I dont want an overpowered unit: I want something new, unic, after all the investment. Maybe downgrade the 'generic archers' is enough; I will do that in my personal tweaks, giving them normal bows.
