Rorarii units in Camillan era.

Hi,

Is there a reason rorarii units are available only in the first level of barracks when on polybian era? is this correct, some sort of bug or intended? After upgrading my MIC to second level I get only accensi and the normal hastati, principes etc.

I'm using non extensive alex conversion from maksimus, just the essential files to be able to use the alx exe (got several years of lasting alliances with neighbors, I love it) and RS environments.

I don't remember having such problems. Might be a glitch; you seem to have the game sub-modded but it should be easy to check. One of the desc files (I forgot which one) has it written which units are recruitable from which building and which level. Check there (if you modded the game, you probably know which files I mean).

Sorry I made a mistake, I meant in the Polybian era. In camillan era rorarii are found in all levels of the barracks but in polybian era they are still in the very first level, I think this is an error.

no this is normal. you can recruit rorarii only in camillan era

it's not an error, it was intended
the building tree support at best 9 expansions, for the sake of saving space the Camillan and Polybian barracks are on a single tree

I don't really remember the details, but when you reach the Polybian Reform a script "locks" the camillan barracks and "opens" the polybian ones. But they're still on the same building tree, so the lv.1 is shared and, as the Rorarii and in the 1st level, sometimes they happen to compare...
