Eagerly awaiting the full mod!

Howdy folks,

I'm glad to see this cool mod is progressing and is coming to full fruition.

Cool factions ladies and gents! Eclectic choices.

I'm sure LOTS of research went into the entire hist. end of the project, as well as every other part.

Nevertheless, I congradulate ALL of you and am anticipating the rest!

Hellas1-Doin' Biblical Archaeological research since '85, and keepin' it live.

BTW, I have a number of eclectic books all of you might want to look at, check it, as they pertain to this ancient time period and some other interesting stuff besides. Real eye openers!!:
I. Mazzaroth by Frances Rolleston Pub.: Kessinger publications
Talks about the origins of the "Mazzaroth": Hebrew for Constellations
since ancient times. Essentially one Christian perspective of the origins
of astronomy and astrology.
Ex. Some topics: Book of Job: Orion & Pleiades, etc.,makes mention of the Magi in the N.T. and what they where about, Mentions the prophecies of Zoroaster talking about a messianic like figure!! Very rare stuff in a very rare book.
II. Disclaimer: "This book is not for the close minded, so brace yourselves"
The Two Babylons by Reverend Alexander Hislop (Protestant, I think)
This talks about how pagan practices started and spread to various
parts of the world, under different linguistic guises and whatnot.
It makes mention of ancient Persian, Babylonian, Greek, Egyptian religion
and practices and how they found there way into Roman Catholicism!!
Ex. Idol processions in some Catholic countries, Meaning behind the word "Yuletide", Origins of "Easter"and meaning of the Pagan "Easter", History of title "Pontifex Maximus" used by Popes and more.

When will it be out? I do not mean to be impatient

, but you guys said it was to be released in mid to late october on your website. I can't wait to play it!

also, in the final final version, please have indigenous italian rebels exclusive to the area (like tarquins and samnites)

The Release of the next beta should not be too long now, giving specifics is difficult as testing can only reveal more problems as we go along.

But as of now we are not facing any MAJOR problems.

And italian units are already being discussed in the development area

Well, I'd rather wait more for a full version than less for a beta.
Some of your team say that this beta will be almost the full version. Then why don't you finish all features and then create a full mod rather than "betting" around?

Well we really don't want our previous beta standing as the testament to our work so far.

So were going to release this new one so that people can see how far along we've come. Hopefully it will attract some more modders to our cause.

And No this is not the final version.
