    Smoke from buildings, dust from marching, relections, glints, shadows. I think it also effects how realistically your banners wave.

    Does it have effect on shadows, really? Also, add fire to that list. It has huge effect in night fights for exmaple, where fire arrows fly and all those torches..

    Well, I just tested and it seems it has no impact on smoke (from marching)
