    Default Campaign difficulty

There are many posts about the campaign difficulty, but none answers my question. I would like to check with your help the ai faction aggressiveness depending on the difficulty level. As we all know AI is more aggressive at higher levels but how much exactly? So I would like to ask you the following information:

    - faction
    - diffculty (campaign/battle)
    - year season
    - battles (won/lost)

At the end of November I put together all the data and summarize it in this topic. I think it would be helpful when choosing a new campaign. Please write your answers in the posts or in poll.

I'm not sure I understand all the data points.
    You want:

    - faction -- the faction we're playing?

    - year season -- this is the point, in game time, where we stop to give you this information on this particular campaign?

    - battles (won/lost) -- not sure what this number will really tell you. It doesn't tell you if I am a good strategist who's winning battles against the odds, or if I just found a bridge pass where the more aggressive AI keeps sending stacks through. It doesn't tell you if I lose 10 battles because they were siege's that I chose to auto-resolve in a first assault (because the siege AI is currently non-functional and I don't want to spend 20 minutes watching a blob in the city center on fast forward).

Yes, yes, number of all battles is important(win or lost does not matter). The longer campaign the better.
On higher campaign difficulty ai is more aggresive and throw everything at you and I want to check how much really is. In my (EB1)Rome campaign vh/m the first 120 turns was quite fun. I fought 1 battle/ 2turns, but next 80 turns I had to fight 120 pointless battles against arverni and sweboz(I did not want to expand into their territory). Every turn they sent stack after stack. It was very annoying. The game looked more like custom battle then campaign. For me it is no fun. I decided to make a poll to check how many battles are on other difficulty levels.
There are different playstyles, but I think on medium it should be less battles to play than on vh.

In my experience playing on vh/vh it seemed that the ai also gets population growth and income bonus. Even when playing without background script. Is my observation correct?
