God the One for RTW isnt even finished. PPl need to stick to one thing and finish it, so many mods fade away.

Nightwar means "the Good one for RTW isn't finished yet.", and he is right. I kept RTW on my hard drive for as long as I could and waited for it to be released, but MTW2 is going to come out first and I don't want to go back to the inferior RTW once the better game is out.

Well well, they did do a release. TODAY, the very same day we are talking about it, hahahahaha. It's too late for me to care. I don't have the time for it and NWN2 and MTW2.

Yep, War of the Silmarils are developing for M2. Will there be other Middle-earth related mods? No one knows, as no one knows how moddable M2 will be. But with the experienced ME-modders in the community, I would be surprised if we didn't see something, if it is as moddable as RTW.

Charok, no way to know that MTW2 will be better than any mod for RTW is presently. If you think back to when RTW came out it was so buggy and full of holes in the gameplay and AI that it took several patches just to take care of the small issues plaguing the game. I am hoping that nobody decides suddenly to do a LOtR mod for MTW2 at least not yet. Better if there is a symposium in the forum for the modders to talk about possible projects and decide upon a small number of mods that would then have a better chance to come to fruition. Should the Fourth Age team decide to go to the MTW2 platform after they finsh their current project good for them and goodluck. So many mods have died and fallen by the wayside because something called 'Real Life' comes along and takes them away. Better for the community if more modders do what the EB and OR team did, combine their skills and experience to make an Elite Modder Team.
