eternal forts?

I have seen in other mods, that you got in some areas an eternal fort, where it won't dissapear if left alone. Like in third age mod, where moria got tons of these forts, with no garrison on them.

Can you build them in SS? if you can, how?

You need to edit the "descr_campaign_db.xml" file

i.e.
\Medieval II Total War\mods\SS6.3\data\descr_campaign_db.xml
change the following code:

<destroy_empty_forts bool="true"/>

to

<destroy_empty_forts bool="false"/>
