Are There Any Mods That Let You Edit The Campaign Map Geography?

I am wondering if there are any sub mods that are in a new game world or a mod that lets you edit the geography or possibly having the factions on a world map of the planet. I like the campaign map, I just wanna try something different.

MOS and DAC use a different map from the vanilla one, if that is what you mean. Leo has made some changes too. PCP has a completely different map. But it's still all Middle Earth. There is a Silmarillion Total War, but that is for Rome TW.
As for changing the map yourself: you can learn to do that, but I don't think it's easy. Just look around in the mod workshop, you'll find some incomprehensible guides there

Not sure what you mean with a world map of the planet. AFAIK there is not enough reliable data to reconstruct Tolkien's entire world, so we'll have to make do with Beleriand and Middle Earth.
