did AI know reform in EB??
did AI know how to reform? for example, I play as baktria and expand to itali in 90 BC,and the roman army is still in camilan reform............is this will happen??(sorry for my language)

The AI will get reforms at a given date, and does not need to fulfill the set of requirements the player would.

It is probably because the ai will not disband units. So they keep the units they had from the start of the game if they survive. If you look a bit more you will find reformed units. If not there is something wrong with your game i think,

AI Romans have their polubian reform in 230 BC and marian reforms when they have more than 20 settlements. You can send a spy to their settlement and check if they have polybian or marian building.

did you get a augustan reform before? for me is impossible,and i can't get the point of 'Have at least 45 type2 settlements' in faq.
