Changing your Faction Capital?

Hey guys, hope you can help with this! I was wondering if there was a way to change your faction's capital?

I know you can change the starting region ownership and change it so the faction taking control doesn't have two capitals, but this is startpos editing and I was wondering if there is a way to do it for factions that have taken the settlement/region you want to change the capital to (namely, me, the Arevaci, my confederation (renamed to the Sons of Lubira) controls the entirety of Iberia but my capital is a small, unwalled town) and of course, making it save file compatible? Or is this simply not possible? D:

In the starting region table (assembly kit) the region that is marked as True is the capital. I forgot which column though. There should only be 1 region that is marked True per faction.
