Hello, I am quite new to Rome 2 modding and would appreciate some modding help for my dream submod. Please tell me where and what in the database needs changing to achieve the following:

1) Restore the health stat to Divide Et Impera.
2) Increase the cost of spy subterfuge actions, OR, reduce the effect of successful subterfuge.
3) Increase the desertion rate of an army after loosing a battle.
4) Reduce unit regeneration speed
5) ADVANCED. How to limit regular unit recruitment to only be possible when army is inside a city. Is there a mod that already does this please let me know.

I want to know this in order to create an even more real variation of the Ancient battle realism submod.
